| I've created a subdomain (cvcc.hillside-cc.org). I also created an ftp account for cvcc. I know the subdomain is valid in that I am able to access it in iexplorer. However, when I try to use WS_FTP Pro v6.7, I am unable to log in with the cvcc account. The main account works fine. I have tried ftp\'ing to cvcc.hillside.org and cvcc@hillside-cc.org. The first will not accept the username/password for cvcc and the second with error can't get "cvcc@hillside-cc.org" host entry. Is there a step I am missing? |
